4. Product Descriptions and Pricing Accuracy Disclaimer

Aqua Stride Shoes endeavors to be as accurate as possible in the description of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Aqua Stride Shoes itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition as per our Refund Policy.

All pricing information on the Service is subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, Aqua Stride Shoes reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation Rights

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Aqua Stride Shoes reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Aqua Stride Shoes reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for products purchased through the Service must be made through our designated payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aqua Stride Shoes and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. In no event shall Aqua Stride Shoes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
